About Yeva
Yeva (Evelyn Mary) Gladwin 22nd July 1928 to 23rd September 2009
Yeva was so much to so many. Spiritual mother, Inspiration, Teacher, Healer, Wise woman, Shaman, Visionary, Friend. She lead the way and touched the hearts of thousands in her work with Great Spirit. Her legacy is the ongoing work that she supported in many fields and helped make manifest, encouraging all those who crossed her path. “Always say YES to Spirit” she would say. She made things possible. Her heart was kind and soft and yet she had a sword of truth within and stood as an example of “To thine own self be true”. She will be remembered for being at the hub of a huge spiritual family and working at the forefront of a global shift in conciousness. She held many groups at her home in Brighton and travelled extensively with Native American Elders, introducing people to their wisdom. Connecting particularly to the Earth Mother, she ‘felt’ the Planet and brought awareness to others work in harmony with her. She saw this time on the planet of great significance and change and was an integral part of bringing that change. She loved Glastonbury, Barbary Castle, Avebury , the Rollright Stones and the Wiltshire landscape, especially the White Horses. May this site be dedicated to her and unite those with a common goal to make this world a better place.

THIS WAS DURING THE FILMING SET UP WITH DAVID ICKE. HE WENT OFF TO THE HARDWARE STORE, TO BUY A GARDEN CHAIR FOR YEVA SO SHE COULD BE COMFORTABLE SITTING IN THE FOREST LISTENING TO THE INTERVIEW.
PETER OWEN JONES – THE VICAR OF FIRLE WHO HELD THE FUNERAL FOR YEVA. YEVA NEEDED A STRONG QUIRKY CHARACTER TO HOLD THIS FINAL SPACE FOR HER. A FITTING CHOICE.
YEVA AND TLAKAELEL IN FRONT OF THE FEMALE STONE AT AVEBURY. YEVA’S GREATEST GIFT TO US WAS PROBABLY HER HUMOUR AND ABILITY TO ALWAYS SEE THE FUNNY SIDE OF THINGS.
YEVA LOVED TLAKAELEL VERY MUCH AND SUPPORTED HIM & HIS WORK IN MANY MANY WAYS.
YEVA AND GRANDMOTHER SARAH. THEY WERE VERY DEAR SOUL FRIENDS.
YEVA SURROUNDED BY ‘HER CHILDREN’…… THIS WAS DURING A SPEECH ACKNOWLEDGING
